Terms and Conditions
for booking a GObounce Entertainment party

Booking Parties

  • Parties are confirmed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and are subject to availability.

  • GObounce Entertainment cannot guarantee a specific entertainer, however requests are welcome.

  • Booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid.

  • Parties must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event, via bank transfer.

  • Costume and appearance of entertainers may vary slightly from photos due to individuals.

  • One party entertainer can be responsible for a maximum of 18 children. If you would like more children to attend, another entertainer will be required at an additional cost.

  • The price quoted at the time of booking is the price that the company (GObounce Entertainment) and the consumer (you) agree upon and must be paid as such.

  • To the fullest extent permissible by law, GObounce Entertainment does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages during your party.

  • Our entertainers will carry out a risk assessment prior to the start of your party and reserve the right to discontinue if they feel the venue puts the children at serious risk.

  • GObounce Entertainment aim to deliver high energy, fun and exciting birthday parties. We play lots of games that encourage movement and interaction, therefore please be aware that the children may be loud.

  • Our party entertainers will always treat your guests and venue with care and respect for safety at all times, however we ask that you act responsibly and chaperone the children at all times.

  • GObounce Entertainment is not responsible for any illness, injury, allergic reaction or unruly behaviour during the party. It is the responsibility of the party booker and/or the guests to inform us of any allergies and take the appropriate action to avoid contact with such items.

  • Please ensure that your party starts at the scheduled time. The party entertainers are contracted to work for a certain amount of time and unless otherwise agreed cannot work over this time. We would generally recommend you book the entertainer to start 15 minutes after the guests arrive.

  • If you have booked a bouncy castle in addition to a GObounce Entertainment entertainer, we would highly recommend that during the entertainment section of the party you keep the bouncy castle switched off; the less distraction the children have, the better time they will have! We would also recommend clearing the room of any toys, tricycles and if you’re having an outdoor party it’s great if you can have a party space away from play sets, paddling pools etc. Our parties are very interactive, and by providing a space where the children can focus you’ll be ensuring they can have the best possible time!

  • If any parents present could keep the noise level to a minimum it helps us hugely- this will enable the children to focus on the entertainer and therefore be able to fully immerse themselves in the experience and have a wonderful time!

  • Keeping the party space nice and clear for all our games!

Responsibilities

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

  • Due to the current situation, cash is not being accepted as a method of payment.

  • In the case of a government directed lockdown due to Coronavirus, GObounce Entertainment agrees to offer the customer either a full refund, a partial refund with either a zoom party, video call or pre-recorded message, or to postpone the party at no additional cost.

  • To secure your booking, a £40 non-refundable deposit must be paid. 

  • Full payment must be made 2 weeks before your scheduled event.

  • All cancellations that are made 7 days prior to your scheduled event will result in the total amount being payable or the party may be re-arranged subject to availability.

  • All cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before your scheduled event will result in 50% of the full amount being payable.

  • All cancellations made prior to 14 days before your scheduled event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.

  • Rescheduling parties and packages are subject to availability- in the case of a child being ill, GObounce Entertainment will reschedule the party at no additional cost to you at all. 

  • In the event of adverse weather, serious illness or unforeseen circumstances on our part, we reserve the right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date. In the very unlikely event that this does happen, we will give you as much notice as possible.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
